Chocolate Banana Mousse

Seriously…this is amazing!

• 4 peeled bananas (not too ripe, but not green either) cut into slices

• 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (add to taste depending upon whether you want deep, dark chocolate flavor, or prefer to taste more banana)

• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Freeze the banana slices for about 4 hours or until frozen solid.  Remove from freezer about 30 minutes prior to use.  Place bananas into food processor and add vanilla and then cocoa powder.  Whirl until thick, creamy, and thoroughly combined with no lumps.  If it is too thick and the food processor won’t turn, add 1 teaspoon water or almond milk slowly.  This step should not be necessary as you keep whirling and as the bananas melt a bit.
