Flour-Free Chocolate Chip Oat Bars

 


 3 mashed ripe bananas 1/3 cups unsweetened applesauce

 2 cups organic oats
 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
 1/2 cup (or to taste) chocolate chips (or can use raisins instead or use both)
 1 teaspoon vanilla
 1 teaspoon cinnamon
 a pinch salt
 
Mix all ingredients together until thoroughly combined. Press into an 8″ x 8″ square glass baking dish which has been lightly greased with coconut oil or butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown on top and still soft to the touch. Don’t over bake!
